Who Are We?

That’s right, we’re local! I started buying houses in the city I love in 2007, and I’ve purchased over 100 properties since then. I use that experience to help make the process as easy as possible on the Seller, and tackle any situations that arise. I buy properties from all different types of homeowners, whether it’s landlords with occupied rental properties who are tired of the business, or people who just want to sell their house without any of the hassles of a retail sale.

I also buy them in very unique situations, like a residential home that was being used as a winery, or from a homeowner who insisted that we never meet and that I could not view the home in-person prior to purchasing it, or even buying a package of 18 duplexes on a single street without a homeowner’s inspection on any of them (these are real experiences I have had).
